Location: Florida panhandle 8/28. Streaming connects, but is stuck on a specific data set of a few minutes on all channels checked. Library will not load. Guide seems to be okay and current.

Tried watching the Mariners yesterday couldn't see any of it to day we and others days to streaming issues buffering and it may or may not get better this has been problem for a couple of weeks how can we get this fixed very irritating. Hope this helps! Have been a long time customer.

Programs buffering more than actually showing. For several hours after a few seconds of the selected channel message appears that says, "We're experiencing a temporary issue playing this content. Please give it a moment and try again. Retry It has been hours not a moment.

Error message "network is congested, video may stream slow. Then message said try again later". The IT customer service was no assistance.
