Internet box shows there is internet(Blue Light, Solid, No Flashing), but every device I own(Laptop, Phone and all my gaming consoles) is either connected but showing No Internet/Connected No Internet or just not connecting at all in the case of my Nintendo Switch 1 and 2.

No signal. Says the dish is either out of alignment or reset modem. I've reset modem and it still doesn't work

Claim unlimited plan and beyond the regular times when heavy traffic simply slows everything to .8 mbps daily for 5-10 min things are fine. Oh, and the biweekly outages, plus out of date equipment and technicians with no clus beyond pug and play but no troubleshooting skills, maybe we need to switch to Starlink, same price more reliable service.
