Service not reliable. Internet has been down for 5 days and we are a small business, they do not care that we are losing money daily.

Internet service has been down for 4 days now, their troubleshooting tool I checked on my smartphone showed a resolution date and time, the resolution date and time changes every day to the next day. I signed up for updates via text message, have not received a single update. I called tech support and was told the issue will be resolved by 12am on 6/26, now the troubleshooting tool shows a resolution date of 6/27 by 4pm, I doubt that.

Our service has been down since the evening of 5/26. My husband called Century link service yesterday and they finally verified the outage and said they were working on it. We talked to our neighbor across the street and they called today. Service said it would be restored by 8:30 pm. It's 10
