It has been several times that I have experienced SOS with no signal or any type of communication, and my phone is essential for work. Verizon is not what it used to be.

Prairieville Louisiana which is in a parish with nearly 100,000 people constantly having signal issues and no service at multiple times throughout the day and days on end. And Verizon will offer only lame excuses w/o any indication as to how and when service will get restored. No sense calling Verizon given your phone is out of service in the first place!
