I have been having dropped calls and no phone service for our several days. Turning it off and back on only works for a short time. As a person with health issues I can not be without my phone.

I've been without service for over 4 hrs. I have a job I need to do. Sick family. Pregnant family. And people that need to call me. FIX THE FREAKING PHONE!!! THIS IS THE LAST MONTH I GO THRU THIS. For the past 4 hours, I will lose signal after 5 minutes of streaming video or 10 minutes of music. Restarting my phone worked the first time but failed the last 3. It took almost 45 minutes to start working again on its own just now but it's fading again. Just went to 4G with zero bars...

Calls have been dropping almost daily for the past month. I've tried troubleshooting by turning phone off for 15 minutes then back on, toggling the wifi call button and turning on airplane mode for 40 seconds then back on. I've had consumer cellular for many years, and have not experienced this disruption before. My 94 year old father is getting so frustrated, and it scares him that he is unable to consistently make calls out. I hope this gets fixed soon. Thank you.

Generally good until the last few days. Yesterday, I had some call drops. Today (Thursday July 23rd), I have no network connection. This has never happened before on this magnitude.
