Cannot search when away from home because it can't connect to Consumer Cellular network. This happened all day yesterday and I'm having the same problem today. This is the first time we have ever encountered this problem. We've been very happy with CC service previously, but will not be happy again until this issue is fixed. This is taking place in the Rocky Ford/La Junta Colorado: 719 area code.

This is the 4th day my cell phone and landline cannot call out or receive a call. I have chatted with CC Support and finally got the answer that the towers are being worked on and that they might be fixed by May 6, 2026. Yes, that's correct. I just hope I don't have any emergencies today. What can I do, but wait?

Cor 3 years excellent service. Its been almost a week now of dropped calls and they still cant figure out whats wrong. If we dont get an answer within 2 days we will swich service.

At 2:15, PST, 4-27-26, cannot call out on my mobile Consumer Cellular phone or Landline. My Landline is hooked up to a Consumer Cellular Base. What could it be? It's like the service is down, but I do not see online that the service is down anywhere. Please respond.
