Everytime I switch apps or do anything on my phone the service goes out and I have to pop out sim card and put it back to regain service

Phone is not getting a signal to enable WiFi calling. Started having problems Sunday afternoon, Sept 14, 2025 and it's still ongoing. When phone does seem to connect and show ATT service, it's not enough to enable the WiFi calling feature to make or receive any calls. Some texts still come through, but not all of them when using my separate internet WiFi. I live in a remote rural area, so must rely on the WiFi calling feature to boost my cell service to make or receive calls. Sure would be help...

Internet outage (7am)expected til 4pm today- 9/14. This is the fourth day in September with Internet outages so no internet streaming or computer use…9/7 x2, 9/8, 9,10 & 9/14. Yet I am still billed for Internet they aren’t providing. Looking for different Internet provider. AT&T sucks
